Kam is still driving me crazy. Besides that we got him completely off one medication and he has been getting reductions in the other medication. We finally heard him say two complete sentences in the office just the other week and I can’t even express how that made me feel. We are taking it day by day. The biggest improvement I’ve witnessed for wasn’t in Kam it’s been for me. Dr. Caelan ability to continuously educate me so that I can truly understand what is happening and learn to accept the small wins because they are indeed very big. We are all making positive strides.
